How many sessions will I need?
Every individual is unique and so is their therapy journey. During the initial consultation, we’ll discuss your needs in detail so your clear on what to expect. Whilst many clients seeking long-lasting change attend between 6–12 sessions, positive results can also sometimes be noticed within just the first few sessions.
Can sessions fit around work and family commitments?
Yes! I understand how busy parenting/caring and juggling life can be so sessions are available both during the day and in the evening (subject to availability).
Are appointments available in person or online?
Therapy can be delivered face-to-face in Fareham or remotely online. All sessions are conducted in a confidential, safe, and supportive space
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state we enter many times a day without noticing — like “zoning out” while watching TV or driving. In hypnotherapy, this state is used more deeply with positive visualisations, stories, and metaphors to help your subconscious brain make the changes you want.
You stay fully conscious and in control throughout. You’ll be guided to get comfortable, relax your eyes and focus, allowing your mind to process change while feeling calm and safe.
